Just in time for March Madness, NBA 2K26 is bringing college basketball into the MyTEAM experience. Season 5 introduces content from 16 college programs, including Duke, Michigan, UCLA, Connecticut, Kansas, Kentucky, and North Carolina. Both men’s and women’s teams are featured, along with select alumni-themed rewards.

Current players like Cameron Boozer (Duke) and Lauren Betts (UCLA) will be available, alongside legends such as Kevin Durant (Texas) and Paige Bueckers (UConn). Fans will start with the College Celebration Box, which includes five free agent option packs in the market.

MyTEAM challenges spotlight current college players daily, allowing players to unlock evolving versions of featured athletes. Starting at a 94 OVR Diamond, completing five games upgrades them to 96 OVR Pink Diamond, and final requirements unlock the 98 OVR Galaxy Opal. Season 5 runs through March 30, offering 41 evolution rewards for college stars.

Alumni-themed cards from both NBA and WNBA players, including Breanna Stewart, Draymond Green, and Richard Hamilton, will also be available. MyCAREER players can enjoy college throwback jerseys, practice courts, and mascots for schools like UConn, Arizona, and Kentucky. A full NCAA basketball game from 2K Sports is planned for early 2027.
